This program was great for me. It gave me a bunch of new workouts to try. And showed me i can truly do almost triple more than i thought i could do!! I feel amazing, grateful i did Ginas challenge!

This has been the best workout app so far. I love the motivation from actual people doing the all together. I also like that there are home versions an gym versions. I also like that each exercise has a video to show you how to exactly move and so the exercises. I am very pleased with my purchase

So far I have enjoyed the program and like the option to track workouts but am finding that, as someone already with a lot of experience, it is relatively basic and there isn’t quite enough option for adding additional challenge (ie adv variations). I also would’ve like to have seen proper warm up and cool down /stretch included in the program for each day that is targeted to the muscle group of that day. Lastly I think it would be great to have a daily section added where the person could write before/after starting the session how they are feeling or any notes for that day. Eg things like tiredness level, period , injury or any other personal reflections for the day that may have an effect on the workout and how the person felt during or after. That way when looking back at the tracking and rep range it’s better to understand what was going on in our body that day.

The gym and home options are very good. The workouts get great. The app was difficult to navigate - my progress consistently did not save and I would have to re-input my stats every time. The community board was not user-friendly as I wasn’t able to find comments and responses to my posts. I also wish there were more details for the alternatives in terms of reps/ time/ intensity.

The videos don’t provide enough direction with each there should be an explanation on how to Properly do the exercises whether in writing or voice over instructions. It’s frustrating that there isn’t any. Also no contact with the trainer herself only AI generated responses that are unhelpful. Third, the rep vs seconds should be reviewed some are incorrectly noted. A lot of Room for improvement.

Honestly it’s terrible! The format in which the sessions are written don’t make sense, the sessions are haphazard, it’s a lazily written programme with zero effort from her and total money making. I am a qualified PT, so I can see the laziness behind it and how poorly it’s written. Waste of time.
