I like the app- makes tracking lifts and progress way easier. I think there’s a bit too much variability in the workouts week to week. I would be cool w the same split w the same moves for 6 weeks so I can truly progressively overload. For example- I was loving incline bench press and then the subsequent weeks that excessive was replaces w machine chest press… would have much rather kept the incline bench press for the whole program if possible ! Also condensing the leg days to two days of lifts would be useful and adding more “conditioning” to the leg and conditioning day

This program was great for me. It gave me a bunch of new workouts to try. And showed me i can truly do almost triple more than i thought i could do!! I feel amazing, grateful i did Ginas challenge!

This has been the best workout app so far. I love the motivation from actual people doing the all together. I also like that there are home versions an gym versions. I also like that each exercise has a video to show you how to exactly move and so the exercises. I am very pleased with my purchase

Some of these recipes look really good but I am a vegetarian, and it was not clear that this cookbook is for meat-eaters. I love Gina but would appreciate if some alternative meals were added in for non-meat-eaters ❤️

So far I have enjoyed the program and like the option to track workouts but am finding that, as someone already with a lot of experience, it is relatively basic and there isn’t quite enough option for adding additional challenge (ie adv variations). I also would’ve like to have seen proper warm up and cool down /stretch included in the program for each day that is targeted to the muscle group of that day. Lastly I think it would be great to have a daily section added where the person could write before/after starting the session how they are feeling or any notes for that day. Eg things like tiredness level, period , injury or any other personal reflections for the day that may have an effect on the workout and how the person felt during or after. That way when looking back at the tracking and rep range it’s better to understand what was going on in our body that day.

The videos don’t provide enough direction with each there should be an explanation on how to Properly do the exercises whether in writing or voice over instructions. It’s frustrating that there isn’t any. Also no contact with the trainer herself only AI generated responses that are unhelpful. Third, the rep vs seconds should be reviewed some are incorrectly noted. A lot of Room for improvement.
