You'll need weights, preferably dumbbells or kettlebells. The weight size will vary upon where your body is at in your journey. Ideally, you want to use a weight where you can complete all repetitions and sets with proper form but the last few repetitions of each set are a bit challenging.

You can 100% achieve results with both styles of eating and I always recommend doing what feels best for YOU and your lifestyle.
