This program will build your chest like never before! I have used these workouts for myself over the past years to maintain a solid toned chest. You can also expect ab and cardio days in between chest exercises to get you an overall full body workout! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!
Competition details:
• Winner of the competition will be chosen based off best results.
• By August 13th participants need to email me their full name and 3 before photos including side, back, and front view to
aironmallarsfitness@gmail.com.
• Preferably, men need to wear just shorts or underwear and women need to wear spandex, shorts, and sports bra OR bathing suit (if comfortable doing so).
• Winner will be announced on September 23rd on my Instagram and via email.
