OVERVIEW
Volume 2.0 is designed to build on the foundation of my original 10-Week Holy Grail Glute Program. This program features a slightly more intermediate-to-advanced training style, making it the perfect next step if you've already completed Volume 1 or have some lifting experience and are ready to challenge yourself.
Over the next 6 weeks, you'll follow a structured progressive overload program designed to help you build stronger, fuller glutes while continuing to improve your overall strength and physique. Every workout has been carefully planned so you can focus on showing up, staying consistent, and getting stronger week after week.
Whether your goal is to build muscle, increase strength, improve your body composition, or grow your glutes, remember that every workout is an investment in becoming the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.
Stay patient, trust the process, and be consistent. Progress doesn't happen overnight, but if you keep showing up, you'll be amazed at what your body can achieve.
Now let's get to work. I can't wait to see your progress over these next 6 weeks! 💕

The Holy Grail 10-Week Glute Challenge (vol 1)
I really like it! I’m a week in and I feel my glutes targeted in these exercises. I like that it works out a simple split for you to hit glues more than the typical. She encourages 7 days a week and with these exercises it makes it doable and enjoyable! I definitely think you get your moneys worth.

I didn’t believe I was showing any progress until other people pointed it out. My glutes DEFINITELY grew, and I noticed my waist actually toned up a bit too, so that was a plus. I will be repeating to continue seeing gains.

It has been great so far. The workouts are not long and I don’t feel overwhelmed with numerous workouts in one day. I love the program so far.

Hi, I'm Amely. I've been passionate about fitness and sports for as long as I can remember. Growing up in an active household inspired me to live an active lifestyle of my own, and in high school I was the girl who went for runs almost every evening because I loved how fit and energized it made me feel. After college, I discovered weight training and quickly fell in love with the gym. Wanting to deepen my understanding of fitness, I studied personal training and began learning everything I could about exercise, nutrition, and muscle growth.Over the years, I've experimented with different training methods and built the glutes I've always wanted through consistency, progressive overload, and evidence-based training principles. Today, I'm passionate about helping other women simplify the process and achieve their own glute growth goals.
