Welcome to my first official training program. Thank you so much for putting your trust in me, I’m so excited to be able to share this with you. 

 

This program focuses on my holy grails of glute training as this is my personal speciality. It is based on the foundation of 6+ years of training knowledge, from my trials and errors to now having developed the best formula for maximum glute growth. This program includes everything I have ever done to get to where I am today, that means a lot of glute exercises (more than the average), and a lot of TUT. 

 

This program goes against the grain in regards to “rest days'' and typical “workout splits'' as I’ve always believed in doing what works for you rather than following the crowd and this plan has certainly worked for me over the years.

My name is Amy Amaral. I’m 27 years old and have been obsessed with fitness and sports since I was a kid. I was the annoying kid at the beach that never wanted to lay down/relax and would make my friends throw a football or a frisbee around with me. I grew up in a very active/sport loving household which motivated me to pursue an active lifestyle as well. In highschool I used to run almost every night (for fun); I loved the runner’s high and how good I felt afterwards. Shortly after my college years I discovered the gym and ever since then I became addicted to the feeling and the environment of the gym. During the process of discovering my love for the gym, I decided to learn more and study personal training.
