I really like it! I’m a week in and I feel my glutes targeted in these exercises. I like that it works out a simple split for you to hit glues more than the typical. She encourages 7 days a week and with these exercises it makes it doable and enjoyable! I definitely think you get your moneys worth.

My name is Amy Amaral. I’m 27 years old and have been obsessed with fitness and sports since I was a kid. I was the annoying kid at the beach that never wanted to lay down/relax and would make my friends throw a football or a frisbee around with me. I grew up in a very active/sport loving household which motivated me to pursue an active lifestyle as well.
