Hello, my name is Amy! I have been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 12 years. But what started out as a passion for working out, staying fit and helping other women do the same soon turned into a mission to overcome hypothyroidism and hormonal imbalances. You see, I was doing all the wrong things when it came to weight loss…I was eating very little carbs and doing tons of HIIT workouts and cardio which is what led to my thyroid problems and early menopause. Essentially I was the cause of all of my issues. I have learned so much about the female metabolism through my own struggles/ wins, my years of experience training women and my certifications and research. So, I wanted to put together a complete guide so that other women can benefit as well. This method will help women in their 40’s and 50’s who are struggling with weight gain and hormonal imbalances finally lose weight and get fit after nothing else has worked. You will fit into old clothes again, feel confident, look toned and learn how to balance your hormones and eat properly to fuel your body!
