Deep Core Pregnancy Program

I like the content but the app leaves something to be desired in the way that it is organized. I would like there to be thumbnails next to the description of the exercise. I think it would also be extremely helpful for users if we could select which exercises we were going to do that day and create a workout list with the videos so I don’t have to click around looking for the video I want. Kind of like when you go for physical therapy and they give you a large picture of the exercise with the directions below it.

Oh hey, I'm Anna McClellan! I’m a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist, athleticism coach, trained doula, and have over 8 years of group/personal training experience. I am mama of a 5 and 3 year old and expecting another baby this summer! I know firsthand how beautiful but challenging these seasons of motherhood can be. I have personally struggled with pregnancy loss, pelvic floor dysfunction, and I understand the hardships that come in the postpartum seasons. I want to link arms with women to help and share with them what I have learned along the way. How to reconnect to your body, heal from within, and find confidence in yourself again.
