I have done many fitness programs over the past 13 years, not only general fitness programs, but specific programs for pregnancy, postpartum, diastasis recti, pelvic floor, and more. This is the best experience that I have had by far. When I reached out to Anna, she gave me plenty of information to help me decide on the best option for me. Moving into the actual program, I love the in depth education at the start that gives you the groundwork to understand why you are going to be doing what you are doing. It also leans into how to promote your success within the program by being mindful of your "stack" and alignment throughout day to day life. Within the training through motherhood program, there is a mix of strength training and deep floor and pelvic floor, with different tabs based on where you are at in your journey (pregnancy, postpartum, standard, modified). I reached out to several individuals promoting a core/prenatal/postnatal program. I got generic responses or none at all from everyone except Anna. She actually sent me a voice note exhaling the program and what would work best for me given my situation. I felt very seen. I highly recommend this program! Iām 8 months postpartum and this has been a great jump back into working out. I have trouble making myself ease in slowly when I get back into working out and this program is the perfect mix of challenging workouts with intentional movement. The deep core days started off with focus more on actually connecting to your core again (which can be very challenging postpartum) and quickly build on one another to end with some challenging core workouts. The lower body and upper body days are great workouts with instruction on proper breathing, alignment, and core engagement to keep you in tune with your whole body. Anna provides modifications for each workout also which is super helpful. Only 3 weeks in and I already feel stronger, more confident, and motivated to keep going. I participated in the challenge this time around and the community forum is a huge help also. Anna answers questions really quickly and is so involved with each person and shows she really cares. Itās a wonderful group of women and moms in every stage. I really canāt recommend this enough! Halfway through I already thought another one of Annaās programs.

First of all, Anna is the kindest human alive. Sheās sincere and non-competitive. She wants everyone to succeed. Second, she has a gift. The movements are intuitive, creative and effective. This is an amazing resource for newly postpartum mums! No need to piece info together in multiple google searches as Anna has it all in this program. The first week videos are great to watch when you are first recovering from birth and saves any mental effort needed to find it all yourself. The workouts slowly progress with your recovery so you know everything is safe. Plus, like all her programs, the video demos are really clear with great cues to watch for. I am loving this program!

This program is great for stretching and helps you find all those areas you didn't even know where sore or imbalanced - I honestly think they helped my baby get in a good position by levelling my body out. The videos could have a better and slower explanation of the breath work involved. Sometimes itās just way too fast but enjoying the exercises overall even though some of the work just seems like general mobility vs a strengthening work out for the postpartum option be pregnant option.

Deep Core Pregnancy Program
I like the content but the app leaves something to be desired in the way that it is organized. I would like there to be thumbnails next to the description of the exercise. I think it would also be extremely helpful for users if we could select which exercises we were going to do that day and create a workout list with the videos so I donāt have to click around looking for the video I want. Kind of like when you go for physical therapy and they give you a large picture of the exercise with the directions below it.
