Her cueing and explanations really make a difference in knowing I’m executing the move correctly and she provides plenty of modifications for progression and regression depending on your ability level and season. End of 4 weeks and feeling motivated to keep going and keep improving! I noticed that I need to take the time to slow down, focus on breath with movement and not rush through a workout just to get it done. That's when the changes come.
