Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll be doing my workout together.
Weeks 1-2: Foundation Building

Increase the weight used in each exercise by 5-10% as you progress through the sets.
Weeks 5-6: Intensity & Volume
Focus on increasing intensity by incorporating supersets, drop sets, or rest-pause sets in your workouts to challenge your muscles in new ways.
