Honestly has been one of the best decisions i made to use as my starting point. My biggest problem was finding a plan and staying consistent. With this it made it easy to see what to do , a routine to stick to and accountability. Pushed me to my limits and suprised me at just how far my body could change. Love the program so far. It’s intense work but the moves are doable. Ava’s videos are great and include tips, not just videos of her doing the moves. I’ve done some moves I’ve never heard of before and with her instructions I could tell I did them right by feeling them in the right muscle groups. Ava's workouts are the TRUTH! So glad I joined this challenge. I have been following her on instagram for awhile because I liked her attitude about her own workouts. Several years ago, she sat between my husband and I on a flight from Houston to Las Vegas.
