Love the program so far. It’s intense work but the moves are doable. Ava’s videos are great and include tips, not just videos of her doing the moves. I’ve done some moves I’ve never heard of before and with her instructions I could tell I did them right by feeling them in the right muscle groups. Ava's workouts are the TRUTH! So glad I joined this challenge. I have been following her on instagram for awhile because I liked her attitude about her own workouts. Several years ago, she sat between my husband and I on a flight from Houston to Las Vegas. At the time, I couldn't figure out why she seemed familiar and later realized it was a missed opportunity to give her kudos. Her workouts are cuss-worthy at times BUT very effective if you do the work and not afraid to push beyond your comfort zone.

This program was indeed a challenge that did my body well! I am so thankful I paid attention to Ava’s IG stories and did not allow another challenge to commence without me being a participant. I was already going to the gym before I started the challenge, but I had no structure and was not pushing myself. This well created plan required me to put in work, introduced me to new workouts, included an awesome community full of supportive women & men and allowed me to see a number on the scale I have not seen in 2 years. Ava really took her time crafting this program and her demos and instructions were clear. She really does have a passion for helping others who desire long term progress. Do The Damn 20 Challenge
LISTEN…if you don’t know about HER, learn about HER 😤😤. The push, no BS approach, and her community is unmatched. I’ve never felt this good about results ever, and in only 20 days of consistent work. When I joined the DTD20 challenge I was intimidated, could never do more than 10 minutes on level 2. Hitting level 7- 8 was so emotional for me lol, even if it was only 10 minutes and back down to 4-5. I’m not at 10 yet, but best believe I’ll be there in a month or so. Look, Ava is the ONE. I feel more confident, more driven, even when the motivation is not there, I just think “Get your big ass up and just get it done” Thank you Ava and the community during the challenge.
