Workouts are 45 minutes, 4 days per week, and use dumbbells, resistance bands, and occasional barbell work, with beginner-friendly modifications and progressions so you always feel supported.

How It Works

Important Dates:
January 2nd: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).
January 5th: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.
January 9th: Deadline to upload 3 'before' photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.
February 20th: Deadline to upload 3 'after' photos by 11:59pm ET.
