I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, both training myself and working as a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and online coach.
My background goes beyond training. With a BSc in Psychology and qualifications in NLP and Life Coaching, influencing the way I approach fitness, habits and long-term consistency.
