I did all 6 programs with Bree in 2022 and Masters Mix 6 was a great way to end the year because I remembered WHY I loved each program. Each program was tailored and helped you build up your mobility and strength at your own pace. And that is Bree in a nutshell. She makes the programs work for EVERYONE no matter your level.
