It's a 10/10 challenge; I would recommend it. I have completed a couple of Bonge’s challenges, and this one, like the others, did not disappoint; my results speak for themselves. The challenge was not too intense, but it also was not too easy; I challenged myself because the most important thing I learned from the challenge was how to show up, and the vibes provided by Bonge made it a lot easier because she always came with the correct energy.
