Meltdown: Melt off fat and unload water weight with a combination of high intensity cardio, calisthenics, in the gym training, & good nutrition 🗣️🔋

You will get out what you put in! If you stay consistent for the 6 weeks, you will not only see the fat melt off your body, but you will also improve your posture, raise your energy levels, & make the powerhouse within you come to life 🗣️🔋
