Hey there, my hollow back girlies!

If you’ve been struggling with glutes that just won’t grow, you’re not alone. Anterior pelvic tilt (APT) can mess with your posture, cause lower back pain, and keep your glutes from firing the way they should.

I’ve been there too, that’s why I created this challenge: to help you reconnect with your body, move better, and finally feel strong and balanced again.

APT isn’t just about tight hip flexors or a weak core. It’s a full-body imbalance involving mobility, stability, and awareness, from your feet up to your spine. This challenge combines all of it: mobility work, strength training, and functional stability.

This is an 8-week challenge:

You’ll train 3 days per week:

• 2 days focus on warm-up routines you can use before your own training sessions.

• 1 day is a more comprehensive mobility session to improve posture, movement quality, and recovery.

We’ll focus on real progress, not perfection, learning to move with awareness and flow, without obsessing over posture.
