You don’t need a fancy gym or complicated equipment. Just dumbbells, three workouts per week, and a plan that actually works!

This is full body strength training, built around compound movements - the exercises that give you the most bang for your buck! Each exercise hits multiple muscle groups at once, so you’re building real strength without spending hours in the gym.

Here’s the structure: three different workouts that you’ll repeat for two weeks each. Why? Because that’s how you get stronger. I liked everything about the program. I love the 3 days per week of lifting. This was the second challenge I completed with Cheryl. On the first challenge, I lost 3 inches all the way around my waist and hips. In this challenge, I had a few physical hiccups towards the end, but built a ton of strength and muscle along the way. I just skied for the first time in maybe 10 years and went down the mountain with EASE. (I know it wasn't that easy even back then.) Loved this program. I love Cee’s programs for a couple reasons: 1)The price, I have checked out other online coaches and I just can’t justify the price. It might be more one on one with your diet. But this program hits all the boxes.So if people think 60.00 is expensive, check out another coach. It can be way more. 2)The step by step guide to add your weights and reps! Genius! Easy to follow and a great reminder of how a person progresses. You might think you will remember what you did a couple weeks or even days ago. I highly recommend Cheryl’s program on the Solin app. This was my second challenge and I plan to sign up for the next one. The program is easy to follow with instructional videos of each exercise and the app is great to track progress with your weights and reps. Hands down the BEST trainer I have ever had. The challenges are challenging and because they are challenging they WORK!! You put in the work and you will absolutely see results! This is my 5th challenge with Cee. I’m not one to ever stick to a workout routine because I get bored easily and I tend to plateau easily. This is absolutely not the case with these challenges. I loved Cheryl on YouTube, so it felt natural to take this program because I needed a structure to follow. I love that I felt challenged, guided, and cheered along the way. I had to repeat a couple of sessions and I am fine with that. It was my choice. I am definitely stronger and making strides to learning new neuromuscular patterms. I am excited to finish this one and start a new program after I deload. I'm willing to follow the program the way it is intended. I know I don't need to be in a hurry and I am not in competition with anyone other than my own goals. I love the community. I can always follow the programs on YouTube if I want, and I will. I do like this way of measuring my progress though. When I get to one year of training, I know my body will be better conditioned than it has ever been in my life. I turn 60 on December 21st and I am so proud of all of us women for doing this! It doesn't matter your age. What matters is remembering your personal potential. It's the best feeling. Also, I can attest to the mental health benefits that I get from working out like this. Honestly, cardio might have a runners type "high", but lifting is completely different. It changes your brain. I feel very differently when I lift. It's scientifically factual that exercise helps with depression and anxiety, but I know from my own experience that this kind of exercise has shown me a difference in how I feel from a brain chemistry perspective. Yes, I do feel proud of myself, but it's not that. I don't have a perfect body or even close. (Hint: I never will) because I am older and I won't be able to have a body like Cheryl's unless I get surgery. But, perhaps it's about loving myself enough to do this work, because I care about myself and it is an act of love and self devotion. Maybe it's time to allow yourself to just be who you are. Especially for those of us who have lost weight and have some loose skin. I am a work in progress, and I am excited to see where I will be in a years time. Little by little my body is changing, getting stronger and more bad ass! LOL We are all Wonder Women! Because we are here doing the work! Cheers!

I loved the sets, I loved how detailed the workouts were and the importance of proper form first, then work on adding weights for Progressive Overload goals. As I am in deload mode and go back to my earlier sets, I almost laugh at how light the weights were when I started. I’m so excited to do the next challenge.
