Loving this!! It’s exactly the way I used to train with a personal trainer. Three days a week same program for six weeks. Then a week of pyramids and after that started a new program. This program is taking me to the next level and I'm only at the beginning of the second week. I followed Cheryl Coulumbe's @liftwithCee videos on YouTube 3x a week for 8 months (30 & 40 minute sessons) before starting the Build it. Burn it. Program. Her program coaching tips are straightforward and changed how I push myself at each interval. Cheryl's coaching changed lifting from a physical challenge to a mental challenge. When you know, you know. I crossed over and I'm not going back. This is a topnotch program! Other things that enhanced this experience as a 59 year old woman - I do yoga before lifting. Also seeing Midi Health online for hormone health as I have a good primary care doctor, but needed hormone specialist who is more concerned with how I feel than a fixed, min-max range. No more feeling like I'm begging for help. Kicking up my testosterone prescription I no longer feel held back physically.

My second challenge and it’s brilliant (again)! There are no gimmicks or fancy moves. Cee has tested the programme and is the best possible advertisement showing what can be achieved. I am absolutely Loving this app! I hesitated joining because I didn’t know If I would like it since it is not a follow along video. Funny enough now I can’t imagine doing a follow along video. This app gives you a detailed quick video for each exercise which I find extremely valuable for checking my form.
