I was skeptical dropping from 6 weight training days/week down to just 3 lift days/week! But after comparing photos from 6 weeks ago, I can see that I’m finally slimming down! I have been feeling fluffy for almost 2 years, feeling stuck with the same physique! Im finally starting to feel leaner thanks to this program! I didn’t even track my eating, but I was able to manage my appetite much better and I think it’s because I wasn’t feeling that ravenous feeling that I always had when I was working out almost every day! Im very thankful for this program and this community. I’m excited to join Cheryl’s next challenge!

Loved everything about this! I have been lifting for years but never a consistent program where I track weights and am intentional about progressive overload. I’ve seen strength gains, and I appreciate how I’m reminded to get my 30 minutes of cardio in daily as well. I only do the workout twice a week bc I train in a gym once/week, but I’ve noticed grip strength/overall gains in the gym (deadlifts, pull-ups etc) that I attribute to this program.

I like the 2 week segments and all exercises except the single leg hip thrust. I could not get into a comfortable position to get good form even without weights. I'd love a substitute. Looking forward to the next challenge.
