I usually do “follow along” workouts - I feel like I basically need a drill instructor to tell me what to do and when to do it, so I was hesitant about this program. I’m also quite introverted and don’t use social media so I wasn’t sure about the community aspect. However I loved the program - easy to understand workouts with videos, go at my own pace so I didn’t feel the need to rush through sets if I wasn’t as fast as the instructor, great tips pretty much daily from Cheryl that really helped, quick answers to questions, and surprisingly really enjoyed the community aspect and the support. And all at a really reasonable price. I’ve already signed up for the next challenge.

Clear visual instructions for each exercise that i can repeat as needed and a calm steady progression has been an incredible source of progress and peace for me. I have S.A.D. And usually relied on hours of cardio some days (& poor eating ) to get me through the winter. I was so surprised when the weight program plus a shorter amount of cardio had the same dopamine boost. I am lifting more than I thought I could at 61 and feel supported in where i am at. All i wanted was to feel confident and safe at my own pace to decrease the progression of age related issues that have taken down so many friends. I am headed out to ski today for my cardio. Fifty five years skiing and I hope to make it another 15 with a healthy and strong body. I am no where near the photos and i am fine with that bc i know it takes time. My only ask is for a substantial option for exercises that involve moves my knees are not ready for yet.
