I originally found Cheryl‘s workouts on Instagram and then later on YouTube. For the past year or so I have been doing her workouts but not consistently. At 52, I have been trying to be so careful not to have any injuries while still trying to get in shape! I’ve always considered myself a fairly fit person, but at the end of last year, I really noticed a hormonal shift in my body with fat collecting around my mid section. With years of gym experience, half assing it, 4 days a week, 5 days a week, 7 days and no days a week I have landed on Lift with Cee. A balance that will work. This is my first program on Solin with Cheryl. I have been doing Cheryl's YouTube videos for about 3 years and really enjoyed them. I have found by doing the Lift & Burn Challenge with Cheryl, I have definitely felt that I am lifting heavier.
