Program Structure:
5 workouts weekly / 40–60 mins in length
Warm-ups and cool-downs are included in every workout
Week 1–2: The Base
We start by dialing in form, control, and clean movement. Expect tempo work, longer eccentrics, and smart straight sets to lay the foundation.
Week 3–6: The Climb
We build volume, intensity, and time under tension. Supersets, hypertrophy focus, and structured progression to push strength and lean muscle.
Week 7–8: The Peak
