Program Structure:

5 workouts weekly / 40–60 mins in length
Warm-ups and cool-downs are included in every workout

Week 1–2: The Base
We start by dialing in form, control, and clean movement. Expect tempo work, longer eccentrics, and smart straight sets to lay the foundation.

Week 3–6: The Climb

I’m currently halfway through the 8-week Strong&Lean program, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made so far! As someone who lifts weights at home, I was looking for a structured program that would push me to grow stronger while staying flexible around my schedule—and this one has absolutely delivered. The program is well-balanced, with a solid mix of strength training and mobility work, which is something I really appreciate. The warm-up sessions are thorough and I feel energized, the mobility cool-downs at the end of each workout are equally valuable, helping to release tension and improve flexibility. It's clear that a lot of thought went into these components, and my body has definitely thanked me for it. In terms of strength gains, I’ve noticed a real difference in both my performance and my muscle tone. My reps have improved, and I feel more confident in my form and technique. It’s been great to see how my body is adapting and growing stronger each week. I’m really excited to see how much further I can go in the second half. Chris and Edi really are the best trainers! Everything they produce is top notch - well structured and put together with easy to follow routines that push and challenge you and get results without feeling too difficult. Progression and developement is always possible. Their pace and flow is great to follow, with on screen cues, weight guides, different camera angles and showing working out on different sides in case you get confused with your left or their left. The warm up and cool downs prepare and restore your muscles and are different each day and have really helped my sciatica issues. I love their music choices, but most of all love how fresh and creative they are. Their workouts really do show their passion and knowledge and they certainly aren't one routine with a different title kind of trainers. I cannot rave about them or recommend them enough - thank you Chris and Edi 🥰💪

I have been doing work outs from Chris and Edi for about 4-5 months now . I have done two of their other programs. These two are fantastic and produce great workouts. This one is no different. Getting 40 workouts for $1.50 each is a steal. Love that they always have warm ups and cooldowns for each one.

Love the programme, not liking the Solin app. It doesn't have the function to play the videos or stream from their (Solin) website or to be able to at least turn your phone to make it a bit bigger making it harder to view the exercises or what is coming next. I've even tried to mirror it to my telly using my chrome cast, but it's not that much bigger as you can't go full screen.

Chris and Edi’s workouts are top of the line. What sets them apart for me is that every workout is different and interesting. I also love that there’s no talking. Every workout has a warm up and cool down included, which is extremely important. Finally, they also have tons of resources on nutrition.
