I honestly wasn’t expecting to enjoy this challenge as much as I did. The workouts are short but super effective and I started feeling stronger and more toned within the first couple of weeks. I love that everything is so easy to follow, fits into my busy schedule, and doesn’t require hours in the gym. The recipes are delicious and the community kept me motivated on the days I needed an extra push. Chrissi is such an encouraging coach and makes you feel supported every step of the way. I’m so glad I joined and can’t wait for the next challenge! 💕

This is the first program I’ve actually finished and I already feel the difference. My core is stronger, my clothes fit better and I have so much more energy. I always like to follow with a video. I liked the option to do that, although your videos weren’t always prompted with a break or starting exercise again. I had to keep an eye on the screen instead of just follow by listening. I did like the exercises.

Wow I love this! I’ve tried so many workouts, but this is the first program I’ve actually looked forward to every day. My waist is smaller, my lower belly is flatter and my glutes feel stronger and more lifted. The workouts are fun, the voice guidance is amazing, and the community kept me accountable. This challenge completely changed my routine, and I’m already excited for the next one!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Barbie Body Pilates: Foam Roller Reformer Challenge I absolutely love this program! I’m currently 3 weeks into the 4-week challenge, and I’m already seeing noticeable results. The workouts are only 20 minutes a day, making them easy to fit into even the busiest schedule. All you need is a foam roller, yoga mat, and a pair of weights, and each day you unlock a new workout that keeps things fresh and engaging. The routines are incredibly well designed, with a strong focus on building a stronger core, sculpting the waist, and strengthening the entire body. Chrissy is an amazing instructor. Her explanations are clear, her energy is motivating, and the videos are genuinely enjoyable to follow. She makes every workout feel achievable while still being challenging. One thing that says everything about how much I enjoy this program: I’m currently on vacation in France and didn’t want to miss a single workout! I actually ordered a yoga mat and foam roller here so I could continue the challenge wherever I travel. The community is another huge bonus. Members post every day, which keeps everyone accountable and motivated, and Chrissy is incredibly present—she answers questions, encourages us, and makes everyone feel supported throughout the challenge. I’m enjoying it so much that I already purchased Barbie 2.0 before even finishing this challenge. If you’re looking for short, effective Pilates workouts that deliver real results without needing an expensive reformer, I can’t recommend this program enough! 💪🩷

I really enjoyed Chrissi's foam roller challenges. I started out with the foundational one to learn the basics and then upped the challenge with the Barbie Body challenge. Both have been amazing and I'm definitely feeling stronger and slightly taller, more confident as well. I highly recommend this challenge and look forward to the calming music, positive coaching and supportive guidance from Chrissi and the online community. It is a true gift to get to do this!

Chrissi is by far the most kindest and encouraging person. I have completely both her challenges and continue to do them because I enjoy the wins I get each time I complete a session . I know have lost several inches around waist but gained so much more like confidence and loving myself Absolutely, her challenges are very doable even if you are busy. You just need to show up for yourself every day for 20 mins. Why not invest in your future self

This is an outstanding Pilates course! The instructor is knowledgeable, motivating, and explains every movement clearly. The workouts are effective, enjoyable, and beautifully organized. Really loving the reformer challenge. Fairly challenging but without hurting my back or neck. Actually seeing lower abdomen taken form and slimming. Every movement is slow and controlled not rushed and I am able to feel everything. Have my body shaking from core engagement and I strength train. Pilates foam roller is a game changer. Can't wait to start the next one in June

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My tummy finally feels "tucked in!" I didn't think a foam roller could do all this. Before using the foam roller, my stomach always felt kind of puffy. I thought I had to do really hard gym workouts to see a change. But after 4 weeks, I can actually see the lines on my stomach! My tummy feels flat and tucked in just like I wanted. I’m so happy!

I wish there was instructions on when to breath in and when to let it out. Along with proper body control and chin position for some which I know is important. This seems like a rushed way to get a workout published without much work/effort out into it. I do like the exercises. I don’t like stopping to hit play for the next one or moving the screen to get to the next one.

The good part: The exercises are very good, you will notice the difference in your core, posture, legs. It is good to build it in your workout routine with other exercises like running and weights. I would definitely recommend this program now after doing it for three weeks. The overall experience wasn’t the best. It would be 5 star from me if there would be sound ( one of the videos actually had some music and that was better, and one of the videos had construction work sound in the background that was bad) Some explanation and even some warm up. would be great. When I purchased the program I didn’t realise there is no sound. I purchased online programs before but this is the first one without sound. If you are completely new to these exercises it is very hard to position your phone next to your head on the floor to see what to do, how many reps, the name of the exercise, maybe a gong sound would help to notify you when it starts and ends etc. I continued doing the program because I like the exercises, it strengthens your body and core and I got used to them by the third week. But it would be much much better with sound. Thank you

To be Fair it’s really boring! So Sorry it was not what I expected! I trained with someone else for less than 90€ per year‼️5 workouts per week almost 40 to 50 min … a lot of meal plans included! I forgot to cancel..

I like the exercises but HATE the videos. 1. On the self paced/section 1 side, the short videos should have instructions. There needs to be guidance provided on how to complete the exercise safely and effectively. 2. The fact that the exercises are different on section 1 and section 2 is completely unacceptable. 3. the fact that there is absolutely no guidance instruction on the section 2 video is also completely unacceptable. It comes off very cheap and thrown together at last minute. Take the time to create a program that benefits all of the challengers. Provide a high quality workout program. I am very disappointed in the quality of the videos to say the least. The exercises are good so I will continue with the program but I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.
