Crazy what 4 weeks can do. I finally have ab lines and my lower stomach is flat (I used to feel bloated all the time). Thank you for this program! This really works! 😍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My tummy finally feels "tucked in!" I didn't think a foam roller could do all this. Before using the foam roller, my stomach always felt kind of puffy. I thought I had to do really hard gym workouts to see a change. But after 4 weeks, I can actually see the lines on my stomach! My tummy feels flat and tucked in just like I wanted. I’m so happy!

Good program. I’d feel like it would be better if Chrissy did the moves with us so we could follow her. I have to keep looking back to see the number of reps and form. Enjoying it though and would recommend.

I like the exercises but HATE the videos. 1. On the self paced/section 1 side, the short videos should have instructions. There needs to be guidance provided on how to complete the exercise safely and effectively. 2. The fact that the exercises are different on section 1 and section 2 is completely unacceptable. 3. the fact that there is absolutely no guidance instruction on the section 2 video is also completely unacceptable. It comes off very cheap and thrown together at last minute. Take the time to create a program that benefits all of the challengers. Provide a high quality workout program. I am very disappointed in the quality of the videos to say the least. The exercises are good so I will continue with the program but I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.
