This is an outstanding Pilates course! The instructor is knowledgeable, motivating, and explains every movement clearly. The workouts are effective, enjoyable, and beautifully organized. I love how already by week 2 some of the week 1 exercises are already easier. Wonderful to feel my muscle memory come back and be able to start enjoying my body strength again.♥️

Really loving the reformer challenge. Fairly challenging but without hurting my back or neck. Actually seeing lower abdomen taken form and slimming. Every movement is slow and controlled not rushed and I am able to feel everything. Have my body shaking from core engagement and I strength train. Pilates foam roller is a game changer. Can't wait to start the next one in June

I’m not sure if the video lines up with the exercises listed on this one. The list form starts with glute bridges but the video starts with mermaid.

Crazy what 4 weeks can do. I finally have ab lines and my lower stomach is flat (I used to feel bloated all the time). Thank you for this program! This really works! 😍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My tummy finally feels "tucked in!" I didn't think a foam roller could do all this. Before using the foam roller, my stomach always felt kind of puffy. I thought I had to do really hard gym workouts to see a change. But after 4 weeks, I can actually see the lines on my stomach! My tummy feels flat and tucked in just like I wanted. I’m so happy!

I like the workout but I wish the video had music and gave time for transition so it would be easier to follow.

I wish there was instructions on when to breath in and when to let it out. Along with proper body control and chin position for some which I know is important. This seems like a rushed way to get a workout published without much work/effort out into it. I do like the exercises. I don’t like stopping to hit play for the next one or moving the screen to get to the next one.

The good part: The exercises are very good, you will notice the difference in your core, posture, legs. It is good to build it in your workout routine with other exercises like running and weights. I would definitely recommend this program now after doing it for three weeks. The overall experience wasn’t the best. It would be 5 star from me if there would be sound ( one of the videos actually had some music and that was better, and one of the videos had construction work sound in the background that was bad) Some explanation and even some warm up. would be great. When I purchased the program I didn’t realise there is no sound. I purchased online programs before but this is the first one without sound. If you are completely new to these exercises it is very hard to position your phone next to your head on the floor to see what to do, how many reps, the name of the exercise, maybe a gong sound would help to notify you when it starts and ends etc. I continued doing the program because I like the exercises, it strengthens your body and core and I got used to them by the third week. But it would be much much better with sound. Thank you

I like the exercises but HATE the videos. 1. On the self paced/section 1 side, the short videos should have instructions. There needs to be guidance provided on how to complete the exercise safely and effectively. 2. The fact that the exercises are different on section 1 and section 2 is completely unacceptable. 3. the fact that there is absolutely no guidance instruction on the section 2 video is also completely unacceptable. It comes off very cheap and thrown together at last minute. Take the time to create a program that benefits all of the challengers. Provide a high quality workout program. I am very disappointed in the quality of the videos to say the least. The exercises are good so I will continue with the program but I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.
