I am enjoying the challenge but the 3 leg days flared up my knee pain (osteoarthritis) and I’m going to need to slow down to 2/week now, so I’m bummed. Also, I wish there was 1 alternative to hip thrusts instead of doing them every leg day.

Honestly, everything about this program was fantastic - from the combination of exercises, example videos and the ability to switch it to a home workout, not forgetting the actual results! It was all so easy to follow. CJ has built a wonderful community, all of which are going through the same journey which made you feel like you were never alone, CJ was very responsive to any questions or queries I had along the way and always gave that extra boost of motivation. I have been trained by Cj since 2021 and I can recommend her to you without reservation. Cj takes her responsibilities very seriously and prepares carefully for all his sessions. Having agreed what your targets are, she will push you out of your ‘comfort zone’ and take you to places in your training that you would not dare to go to alone! She has a great sense of humour, she’s patient but firm when necessary. Cj has excellent knowledge of all aspects of fitness and physical training as well as giving diet and nutritional advice. Cj will ensure that you train safely but work efficiently towards achieving your goals. So, whether you need to be dragged, led, encouraged or inspired Cj can adapt to suit your needs. Quite simply she is the best!
