Most of all i like that i don t need to go at the gym. I can do it from my home and the exercises are for everyone who want to do a change. I love every detail till now and i hope to do it till finish. Thank you 🙏

Great workouts! Nothing too extreme and doable for mostly everyone. I’ve been using dumbbells but think this still would be a great program for any new mom without weights. Wishing I did it much sooner after pregnancy to rebuild my core but definitely glad I found it!

I’ve just completed Week 1 of the Destroy Mom Pooch Challenge and I’m already feeling amazing. My core, arms, and legs feel noticeably stronger, and I genuinely feel more connected to my body again. The workouts are challenging yet doable, and I love how intentional they feel for moms. Even with 5 weeks to go, this first week has made me feel hopeful and motivated to keep showing up. So grateful to Coach Roula for this program and excited to see what the next few weeks bring!

I love this challenge and app. The videos and the voice over are extremely helpful for someone like me who isn’t a big gym person and I don’t have a great understanding of certain workouts. But with the videos and voice overs I feel comfortable and confident in the works out I am doing.

The fitness videos were practical, challenging and Roula's straight forward instruction intrigued me. As well as seeing her story not allowing the negative feedback about never getting back her body after pregnancy was inspiring. She didn't stop from having the most precious gift of bringing a baby into the world and showing up to rebuild her body while carrying for a little one.

It's been a week since I bought the meal plan I love it it helps me to know what my meal should be and also the timing when to eat ,keeps me full all day sometimes I feel this is way much food but each meals are great.

I purchased this program because as a mother of 4, most recent baby being 11 months, I needed to see another mother return to her pre baby body. These are the true results/inspiration I was looking for & Coach Roula has definitely hit the mark with that. Realistic goals & expectations. Wish I had come across this earlier! I absolutely love coach Roula! She seems like just a wonderful joy to be around. Her program has giving great results in just 3 weeks. I am only half way through and have seem great results. I can not wait to see the results after the 6 weeks. Thanks to Coach Roula and her program I have gained some of my confidence back and that is worth more then anything. I truly believe in her and her program's. Will be watching for her new programs to be released. Highly recommend. My last baby was 20 years ago (almost to the day) and never thought I would have my body back. Thank you Coach Roula! Words just isn't enough.

So far i am loving it. It is a little hard sometimes for me to WANT to stay consistent but I have and I will. I have not see much of a difference yet but I have seen a difference. I am a picky eater but I have to force myself to get on these meals so I can see the full results. I think once I can get on her meals I will see way more results. So far I am loving this and am excited to see what week 6 bring me to.

I just love the way this workout is designed.. Step by step it takes you on the journey from flab to flatten.. No need to do anything else apart from these workouts and you will get your desired results… But yes to get the results consistency is key to success!!

This is probably the best program I have done. The length of time it takes is doable, the check ins (even-though I don’t) are helpful, I like seeing everyone else’s results, and the constant communication is perfect. My baby pouch is really just a food baby but I’m here anyway and it’s working. This was so affordable! I can’t imagine what I’d get if it were face-2-face training!! Sorry I’m not quite ready to give you a picture but trust me just do it!

I find some of them difficult to follow because you have to keep clicking in and clicking out it kind of disrupts the flow of the workouts. The workout themselves are great, very challenging, but doable to build confidence.

The workouts are great, but they are individual. Not a whole video. This makes it longer than 30 minutes since one must stop to watch each section .

I like the program and community around it but I am not sure about the videos, they are only ab explanation oc the exercise but it doesn't do it with you which would make it easier to do, motivate and track the times.
