Great workouts! Nothing too extreme and doable for mostly everyone. I’ve been using dumbbells but think this still would be a great program for any new mom without weights. Wishing I did it much sooner after pregnancy to rebuild my core but definitely glad I found it!

I absolutely love coach Roula! She seems like just a wonderful joy to be around. Her program has giving great results in just 3 weeks. I am only half way through and have seem great results. So far i am loving it. It is a little hard sometimes for me to WANT to stay consistent but I have and I will. I have not see much of a difference yet but I have seen a difference. I am a picky eater but I have to force myself to get on these meals so I can see the full results. I think once I can get on her meals I will see way more results. So far I am loving this and am excited to see what week 6 bring me to.

This is probably the best program I have done. The length of time it takes is doable, the check ins (even-though I don’t) are helpful, I like seeing everyone else’s results, and the constant communication is perfect. My baby pouch is really just a food baby but I’m here anyway and it’s working. This was so affordable! I can’t imagine what I’d get if it were face-2-face training!! Sorry I’m not quite ready to give you a picture but trust me just do it!
