Not too long ago, I was constantly unhappy with the body I saw in the mirror. Genetically, I've always been a very petite person, but I knew I did not want to stay that way forever. I would follow fitness influencers and always thing "Wow, I have to look like that!" I didn't quite know how I could get there, but I was always motivated and believed in myself that I could over time. With no knowledge, I would go to the gym and literally do the same 4 exercises every day, with no method or plan behind it. I was putting in the work, but I did NOT see results. It wasn't until I did research, got certified, and created a METHOD that my body started changing, and the results haven't stopped coming. I am now able to teach women around the world this method and help create a new, sustainable lifestyle for their self.
