One of the most common questions I get is the training split I use to put on muscle while staying lean. I wanted to provide this split for everybody who's looking to get rid of the guesswork and level up their physique!

I've seen a ton of programs with way too much volume for natural bodybuilders. While you want to make sure you're working hard and pushing yourself in the gym, you don't need to be working out for 2-3 hours every single day.

You should enjoy going to the gym each day ready to work hard and push yourself, but you should also be enjoying life and making sure you give your body the rest it needs.

I personally work out after my 8-9 hour work shifts - this program is meant for people looking to get the most out of their training and build a great physique… without sacrificing everything else in their life.
