Hiya honeys! Are you ready to join me on this journey of self love and improvement? The Built Beautiful challenge is here to help you (as a fellow B-belly girly) start embracing your body for what it can do, not what it looks like.

If you've ever felt like your body isn't good enough, you're not alone. For most of us, the journey to self-acceptance feels impossible. Society often tells us that we need to change, to fit into a certain size or shape, to make ourselves SMALLER. But here, we're flipping the script. This challenge is about recognizing that your body is beautiful, natural, and good enough just as it is. 

This 6-week challenge features calisthenics X cardio (I like to call it cali-cardio) workouts tailored to beginners (just like me!). β€œCali” days contains strength-based exercises like press ups, pull ups and tricep dips giving you space to learn how to lift and hold your bodyweight. And β€œCardio” days will vary week by week to keep the boring cardio spicy! This guide is built for YOU meaning this plan is tailored to your fitness level so you can focus on what feels good for your body.

As a biochemist myself, let’s get a little science-y! As women, it is essential that we nurture both muscle and heart health to build the most beautiful foundation for a healthy and functional body.

When you make regular movement part of your routine, you’re not just getting stronger, you’re improving your physical health and mental wellbeing. This challenge is not about looks, it is about biological health!

In the B-belly girlies community, we DON'T do before and afters. We do appreciation pictures instead. Take a picture of yourself at the start of each week showing off your body, and if you got that B-belly, turn to the side and show it offffff <3!!!! We are here to celebrate our bodies, you are NOT a before picture.
