This 6-week challenge features calisthenics X cardio (I like to call it cali-cardio) workouts tailored to beginners (just like me!). βCaliβ days contains strength-based exercises like press ups, pull ups and tricep dips giving you space to learn how to lift and hold your bodyweight. And βCardioβ days will vary week by week to keep the boring cardio spicy! This guide is built for YOU meaning this plan is tailored to your fitness level so you can focus on what feels good for your body.
As a biochemist myself, letβs get a little science-y! As women, it is essential that we nurture both muscle and heart health to build the most beautiful foundation for a healthy and functional body.
