Hiya honeys! Are you ready to join me on this journey of self love and improvement? The Built Beautiful challenge is here to help you (as a fellow B-belly girly) start embracing your body for what it can do, not what it looks like. 

Can you lift one more rep? Can you run 100m further? Can you squat more? THAT is real progress!

If you've ever felt like your body isn't good enough, you're not alone. For most of us, the journey to self-acceptance feels impossible. Society often tells us that we need to change, to fit into a certain size or shape, to make ourselves SMALLER. But here, we're flipping the script. This challenge is about recognizing that your body is beautiful, natural, and good enough just as it is. 

This 6-week challenge features calisthenics and cardio (I like to call it cali-cardio) workouts tailored to beginners (just like me!). โ€œCaliโ€ days contains strength-based exercises like press ups, pull ups and tricep dips giving you space to learn how to lift and hold your bodyweight. And โ€œCardioโ€ days will vary week by week to keep the boring cardio spicy! This guide is built for YOU meaning this plan is tailored to your fitness level so you can focus on what feels good for your body.

As a biochemist myself, letโ€™s get a little science-y! As women, it is essential that we nurture both muscle and heart health to build the most beautiful foundation for a healthy and functional body.

When you make regular movement part of your routine, youโ€™re not just getting stronger, youโ€™re improving your physical health and mental wellbeing. This challenge is not about looks, it is about biological health!

In the B-belly girlies community, we DON'T do before and afters. We do appreciation pictures instead. Take a picture of yourself at the start of each week showing off your body, and if you got that B-belly, turn to the side and show it offffff <3!!!! We are here to celebrate our bodies, you are NOT a before picture.

Taking part in Daisy's Built Beautiful Challenge was one of the best decisions I made in a long time. I really enjoyed working a out but for the last few month I felt a bit lost and umotivated in the gym. I wanted to find a way to push myself, but in a loving and thankful way, without adding constant pressure or the desire to improve how my body looks. I'm so happy, that I stumbled across Daisys challenge. She didn't only introduce me to the heavy weight sections, which I was a bit afraid of at first, but also to the most lovely and supportive community! Some days were really challenging, but Daisy and the other members were always there for some encouragement and help in general. I'm really thankful for that experience and I would love to do another challenge made by her. โ™ฅ๏ธ

I signed up for this challenge because I had followed Daisy on socials for a lil while and I admired her positivity, drive and ethos. What I never expected was to find a community of beautiful, supportive girls who celebrated every single one of your wins and held you in their hearts when things got rough. I'm proud of myself for showing up, getting it done and trying things I never thought I'd do (looking at you, assisted pull ups), and I'm proud of every single person who took part in this challenge. Daisy is an absolute ray of sunshine in an often dark and gloomy world, and the main thing I'm taking from this challenge is the desire to be a lil bit more like her every day ๐Ÿงก
