LOVEEE these workouts!! Also love that it’s flexible and designed in a way that as a new mom, I can fit it in whenever. Thanks so much for doing this challenge, already feeling better on week 2!

Really enjoying this program. Its short and sweet. I put all my babies to sleep and can manage to complete a days workout in 30 mins.

This is an excellent way to jump back in to working out! Week one woke up my sleeping muscles. Week two is met with enthusiasm🙌🏽🏋🏻‍♀️

I like that it really makes me sweat but I don’t like lunges at all lol I do have to say the reverse lunges are better than forwards!

The challenge so far has been just the right amount of difficult for a beginner to working out like me. I feel like the length of the workouts is great - not too short and not too long to feel like you can’t fit it into your day. I like that the workout moves have videos to follow and I like that the app helps you log the workout. The community feature is also a great way to feel encouraged by fellow participants and share accountability updates :)

Not sure my muscles were ready, but we showed up Monday morning did our workout while the baby was still sleeping. Now we’re ready to start the rest of our day.
