I love how each day's workouts are set up to be very manageable!! For me, I found that there really was no excuse to be able to set 20 min to a half hour aside. All the exercises are simple enough to do anywhere yet difficult enough where I felt like you got a good workout in!!

I joined this challenge to be more consistent with my workouts. I started following Sia on instagram while I was pregnant. I did dumbell workouts from home during pregnancy as well. But I gained weight in my postpartum period. It was super hard to get back to workout, but Sia’s 6 week challenge was a big help.
