This program is challenging for sure but effective. I will continue to work through it over again. My hips were extremely tight. They are still very tight but this program is helping. Would buy it again and again! This is the best I've been able to stretch in my entire life. This challenge really boosted my confidence as well. I think it's good for beginners and non beginners! You are going to be uncomfortable if you really try... keep going! Aysia (the coach) was so supportive and really pushed us. The girls participating were life giving and we really supported each other. I could barely touch the ground at first.
