6-Week Home Domination: Sculpt & Define Challenge
This was my first challenge with Dominique. I had previously bought her Tone Workout. But, after summer vacations I need something to get me back at it. I love her at home workouts. She doesn’t implement any crazy quick movements that could cause you to injure yourself. I appreciate the simplicity of “upper body” and “ lower body” workouts. I personally gain more weight in my lower body. 3 days concentration on lower body is a big win in my book.
