While creating our Leaned & Loaded 4-Wk Challenge, we focused on workouts that will help you achieve your dream body – effective weight training, cardio, HIIT, and proper nutrition are all key components in maximizing muscle mass while slimming down target areas.

We've included demo videos for all exercises directly in our challenge app so you know exactly how to perform all exercises. We recommend using the GYM for these workouts, but you may improvise at home if preferred (results may vary).
