hi my queens! 👑 la sirena sculpt part 2 is here with the hybrid summer 🌴🌺 edition! you loved la sirena sculpt so I'm introducing the 2nd part. we're continuing our progress into summer – I know I like to look & feel my best. throughout the summer season, I lean into my hybrid training & that's exactly what this challenge is about.

la sirena 🧜‍♀️ is always where strength, confidence, and balance flow together in perfect harmony. we're refreshing the workouts & upping our distance to feel radiant. this challenge is for women who like to live life to the fullest – whether you're running along the beach, lifting heavy in the gym, or getting ready to glow on a night out.

la sirena sculpt: hybrid summer 🌴🌺 combines the best of both worlds: strength training and running with the freedom to move outside. this hybrid challenge will sculpt and define your body, blending fluid, graceful movements with powerful, muscle-building lifts. you’ll build the strength to move through life with ease and confidence ✨

over the next 6 weeks, we’ll dive into a series of workouts that are designed to challenge you, inspire you, and most importantly, make you feel fabulous! this is my newest split – and let me tell you, it's so much fun! it's my favorite elements of hybrid training & our strength days are focused on lower body because 🍑

i know it's summer & it can be hard to stay consistent – this challenge has 3 versions: gym, home, & vacation. you can stick with the workouts whether you're locked in to your routine, working out from home, or keeping your body moving with no equipment on vacation. no excuses, mamitas.
