Strong As A Mother: The March Challenge is a 6-week, strength-focused program created specifically for moms who want to build real strength, improve confidence, and feel proud of what their bodies can do. This is not a quick-fix or a burnout-style fitness challenge.

Each workout is 45 minutes or less, thoughtfully programmed, and designed to fit into real life. The focus is on progressive strength training, functional movement, and deep core and pelvic floor support — with conditioning workouts that challenge you in a motivating, energizing way.

You’ll have the option to follow a home or gym version, so no matter your setup, you can show up consistently.

How It Works

Once you sign up, you'll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area.

Leading up to March 2nd, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.

Important Dates:

  • February 27th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).

  • March 2nd: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

  • March 6th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • April 17th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.
