I started the program on monday, but unfortunately was involved in a car accident when someone ran a stop light and totaled my car sending me to the hospital with whiplash and severe sprained back. This was the first challenge I have ever entered. At first I wondered what the heck I had gotten myself into but as I became comfortable with the workouts, I really began to enjoy it. I entered the challenge because after going to the gym on a regular basis for over a year, I felt like I was spinning my wheels and not making any real progress in my health goals. I have been consistently in every single one of her challenges since the beginning of 2025 and been doing her workouts through playbook in 2024 as well.
