This was the first challenge I have ever entered. At first I wondered what the heck I had gotten myself into but as I became comfortable with the workouts, I really began to enjoy it. I entered the challenge because after going to the gym on a regular basis for over a year, I felt like I was spinning my wheels and not making any real progress in my health goals. I was hoping this challenge would give me some focus. I made more progress in the last six weeks than I have in the last 18 months on my own. There’s literally nothing to dislike about any of Ellen’s programs. I have been consistently in every single one of her challenges since the beginning of 2025 and been doing her workouts through playbook in 2024 as well. She is super motivating, inspiring and interactive. She does the programs she creates right along side you and cheers you on and encourages you to take rest days and listen to your body. Built to Win was my 5th challenge with Ellen and will continue to keep doing them to be honest. I absolutely love her workouts/programs. It doesnt matter your age or physical ability. You do this at your pace. Not comfortable going to the gym? She even has an at home challenge. Lets talk about the community in each challenge, EVERYONE partakes in keep you motivated. You have any questions, someone if not many will help you through. These challenges have taught me so much and it allows me to be super confident walking in to a gym and know exactly what machine and how to work that machine. Ellens program is amazing! This was my 4th challenge I’ve done and always see great results at the end of each one! Each challenge is different. They are for beginners or for people that are actively working out but just want a new split. There’s a home/gym version and the community you get is top tier. This was my first time doing a challenge like this. I was a little hesitant when I was signing up, but I am so glad I did it. I loved everything about it. The app was so easy to use, and the program was easy to follow. The video of each exercise was so helpful. It was easy to track in the app, and it was so motivating to get the gold star for PRs. I feel so much stronger after these 6 weeks, and I could see changes comparing my before to after photos. I enjoying reading everyone’s posts and the community chat. Everyone’s posts were so motivating and helpful. Being able to see how much weight I lifted after each session really helped me to stay motivated to keep making progress. I loved this challenge. It got me to work out 5 times a week, instead of maybe 2 times a week. The workouts are fun and challenging. Ellen is a real personal trainer during these challenges. Summer Shift was definitely worth it! I liked the structure of the program and the flexibility each week offers. I definitely have a better understanding of how a full body workout week looks now. The only difficulty I experienced was not having the same workout equipment available at my gym/home. I think it would be cool to identify at least one alternative for each exercise. For example, what's some alternatives to lunges? I like the fact that I don't have to think about what I'm doing, it was already laid out for 6 weeks. Ellen was responsive to everyone's questions and the community is very engaging. Summer Shift has been a wonderful experience and I plan to sign up for the next session. I'm excited to have continued access to this regimen in the future too!

Finishing my fourth challenge with Ellen and can’t recommend her enough. Ellen’s programming is great for any fitness level, whether you’re a newbie or regular to working out. I’ve been following Ellen’s programs for almost two years and still find the challenges engaging and challenging. My favorite part of following Ellen’s challenges is that she keeps things realistic. At the age of 50, I now have completed 3 of her challenges. These challenges have taught me so much about myself. I have grown more stronger and confident with each challenge she has done. I love the fact that I can walk in to a gym, be 100% confident on how to use each machine to work each muscle group that day. Whether your a novis, or an extreme fitness guru, these challenges are for ALL levels and ALL age groups. What really keeps my coming back is the WONDERFUL AMAZING community we have on each challenge. Ellen does her very best to keep these challenges real, keeps them fun and definitely keeps me engaged where I know I will not give up. So, if you are reading this review, I strongly suggest signing up for one of her challenges, I promise you, you will not be disappointed. The only negative I have, is you WILL BE sore after your workouts if you perform them correctly. Lol! One last thing, Solin has a wonderful meal plan as well with so many delicious high protein breakfasts, lunches and dinners, even snacks and desserts. So, what do you have to loose?
