A balanced split of strength training and Pilates-inspired movement:
Day 1 — Lower Body Strength
Day 2 — Upper Body + Core Pilates
Day 3 — Rest / Recovery
Day 4 — Full Body Strength

Day 6 — Optional Arms or Cardio (15 mins)
