Welcome to my FIT BUMP CHALLENGE!
When I first found out I was pregnant, I was over the moon with emotions of excitement, gratefulness, and just overall joy. But that doesn’t mean that a part of me wasn’t nervous about the changes that I knew my body would be going through. I decided that staying active during my pregnancy journey would be one of my top priorities and I wanted to make sure that I was doing it not only safely, but effectively. Did I miss some workouts? Yes. Are there days that I couldn’t finish my workouts? Absolutely. But the goal was never perfection - it was to consistently give as much effort as I could with a realistic plan - day by day. That’s what truly added up and helped me feel my best.

Whether you’re just finding out you’re pregnant, counting down the final weeks, or even not pregnant at all, staying active during this season can feel both exciting and (very) overwhelming. This is EXACTLY why I created the Fit Bump Challenge. Pregnancy is a season of transformation - physically, emotionally, and mentally. Some days you may feel unstoppable, and others, it’s hard just to get out of bed. That’s normal. The good news? You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I designed this challenge to guide and support you through safe, effective workouts that I personally have been doing since my first trimester. This routine has made me feel SO strong yet relaxed - two things that are both so important when prepping for birth. This routine has a very special focus on pelvic floor health which is key to not only strengthening but relaxing your pelvic floor and entire body for that big day. I carefully designed this challenge with everything that has made me feel strong, fit, and flexible throughout my entire pregnancy.
In this challenge, I’ll be showing you how to do every single exercise (including exact sets, reps), and I’ll be giving you modifications so that you can choose your intensity. This challenge was made to be done in the comfort of your home with minimal equipment, however, you can freely do this at the gym as well. Whatever YOU are comfortable with.
