This program helped me get back into the fitness lifestyle. The workouts could be done at home or at the gym, which is very helpful during the holiday season. I can't wait to do Esther's "Train Like Me" program. While the community is great, I wish we got more interactions with Esther, but it is a crazy season for everyone! Overall, I enjoyed this program and am excited to make the small decisions that lead to big changes, whether that's mentally or physically.

I have enjoyed the program so far. I like that some of the exercises are the same and some change up each week.
