For over a decade, building head-turning glutes has been one of our biggest passions. It started with us building our own dream shapes, and through the years we’ve had the honor to help thousands of women reach their gym goals.

After launching successful glute guides in the past, we decided that this time we want to do something different. We want to help those who are struggling a little more than the rest; we want to target the stubborn glutes.

This program is designed and composed to force the most ”lazy” glutes to wake up and start working. By focusing on isolating all parts of the muscle, while reducing the quads involvement as much as possible, this challenge targets everyone who believe they’re ”quad dominant”. We truly believe that every shelf can be built with the right tools!

To allow you to reach proper progression, this guide includes a program that you repeat every week for 6 weeks. It will be hard, but it will be worth it.

How It Works

Once you sign up, you'll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area.

Leading up to March 2nd, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.

Important Dates:

  • February 27th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).

  • March 2nd: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

  • March 6th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • April 17th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.

Absolutely loving the programme so far my weights are going up only on my second week aswell ! my food intake is amazing I think I need to up my food because I’m just so hungry aha but that’s not a bad thing right 😅 The only thing I’m struggling with is the cable kick backs I just can not get the hang of them x
