This program and the Glute guide has literally been lifechanging for me. I feel so secure and badass at the same time at the gym and loving the feeling. Post-birth I had about 0 butt left and not much hopes of regaining the little 🍑 I once had. 7 weeks in now and I have a more defined booty than I ever had and also in general being stronger than ever so I’m looking forward to keep working and seeing progress. I used to do a lot of running and class training like bodypump and always had a bit of fear from lifting heavy, that has completely changed now. It’s an awesome feeling being able to lift heavy and seeing myself grow stronger everyday.

Absolutely loving the programme so far my weights are going up only on my second week aswell ! my food intake is amazing I think I need to up my food because I’m just so hungry aha but that’s not a bad thing right 😅 The only thing I’m struggling with is the cable kick backs I just can not get the hang of them x
