12 WK Shred Fat Loss Program

i like how it hits group of muscles, especially that it’s my first trial for Push / Pull / leg workout. i love the challenge in the Cardio days, but i miss the intensity in the workout, particularly the number of exercises for each muscle; for example i used to hit my chest with 4 exercises in a day for one in a week, now as per the push day, it only hits it with 2 exercises in a day for once a week as well, the question here, are we still building muscles using this way? or if we are making cardio more that will help us building muscles instead?
